In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on rnb69, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of rnb69 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by rnb69 for breach of these Terms;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order placed through the rnb69 responsible gaming tools;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

rnb69 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each Member may hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. rnb69 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rnb69 reserves the right to close all but one account, void all associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings generated while in breach of this rule.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. rnb69 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate member information.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. All transactions on rnb69 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rnb69 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rnb69 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Deposit Methods: rnb69 currently accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment channel. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly; in rare cases involving bank processing delays, crediting may take up to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. rnb69 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes to 3 hours for verified accounts during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during public holidays, peak periods, or where additional verification is required.

Where any conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

• Reload Bonuses: Periodically offered to existing Members on subsequent deposits. Eligibility criteria, bonus percentages, and validity periods vary by promotion.

All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for football; BWF for badminton). rnb69 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or subject to irregular betting activity as determined by our trading team.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any rnb69 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of rnb69's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rnb69 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorized Account access where the Member has failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers;
• Errors or delays in game outcome settlement caused by third-party data providers, live studio operators, or governing sports bodies;
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on inaccurate odds, prices, or market information displayed as a result of a technical error, provided rnb69 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon identification.

rnb69's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

rnb69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the Platform;
• Failure to satisfy ongoing KYC or AML documentation requests within the stipulated timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or court direction requiring suspension or termination of the Account.

Upon termination for cause, rnb69 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds held in the Account at the time of termination. Real-money funds (net of forfeited bonuses and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method following completion of any required compliance review.

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days. All outstanding Wagering Requirements must be settled or forfeited before closure is finalized.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rnb69's operating entity is incorporated, as disclosed in our licensing documentation.

For Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gaming activities are subject to applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. rnb69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Member rights or obligations — rnb69 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect. Requests for closure submitted in accordance with this clause will be processed on a priority basis, with real-money funds returned promptly subject to standard KYC requirements.
